What are your responsibilities?

  • SeaPlanner strives to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal data. If your personal data changes, please contact your Site Administrator in the first instance.
  • You must not allow any other person to use your account. In the event you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, you must contact The Administrator immediately. Follow your company‘s data protection and information security policies as well as any relevant training at all times
Information you must provide as part of your registration:

Biometric data (this is used for website registration and security purposes):
  • Your name, date of birth and email address.

Other information you may need to provide as part of your site induction (optional or mandatory, these fields are determined by your site):

Biometric data (this is used for identification purposes) such as:

  • Your address, gender, nationality; your contact information including telephone number and email address. 
Forms of unique identification such as:
  • Your passport, driving license, national insurance / social security number or another other forms of identification

The contact details of someone your site administrator can contact in case of an emergency for example your company details or your next of kin.

Your employee or contracting company information such as:

  • Your employer or your own company name and information such as department, job title and company address.
Your certificates relevant to your work requirements to ensure your competency to perform your job such as:
  • Training certification, qualifications, in digital format including issue and expiry dates.
  • Data concerning your health to ensure the client can provide the safe practice for work, such as Medical information, allergies and blood type.

The data requested is dependent on the site requirements.


How could your data be used by the site administrator?

  • To manage Health & Safety whilst you are on-site
  • In case of an emergency including contacting next of kin
  • To plan, administer and monitor site activities
  • To arrange transport
