Clients can now manage multiple sites from a single, centralised system that is accessible by all stakeholders at any location. The benefits of which are substantial as it means processes become standardised resulting in cost savings and improved efficiencies.
Analysis of data is crucial for maintaining an efficient and economic project. This is now made simple for clients as they have access to a range of reporting tools where data can be exported and manipulated at any time.
Data Protection & Security
SeaPlanner now complies with the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) being released in May 2018 as well as a host of updates to further increase the level of security and data encryption for your project information.
Innovative Communications Systems
SeaRoc Group provide turnkey communications packages and has a unique communications system (SeaHub™) that deals with the specific challenges of operating projects far from shore. SeaRoc have deployed several SeaHub’s and our clients are already benefiting from theinnovative solution to maintain consistent and reliable communications in especially logistical challenging environments.
Proactive transfer planning
SeaPlanner includes the technology to effective plan and schedule manifests including the ability to notify personnel by SMS of vessel, time and location.
Clients can now record and manage critical information relating to project assets that can be displayed directly on the interactive site map to allow the quick view of important data that may affect operations. This includes the logging of certification (and expiry dates), notes on any defects, observations and snagging and also availability.
These features, as well as many others, will be available to view and be discussed with the team at SeaRoc Group’s stand at Offshore Wind Energy 2017, stand N-M62.
