DATE FOR NEXT INDUSTRY WORKSHOP IS CONFIRMED
This is the second in a series of workshops to be hosted by the company, and follows the success of their initial event ‘Innovation in Marine Coordination’ workshop held in November last year which was attended by marine coordinators, offshore managers and operational managers from across the offshore wind sector.
The focus of the SeaRoc Group workshops is to identify and tackle the challenges associated with safety, efficiency and expenditure within offshore wind construction and operation.
The workshop taking place on 30th March will cover a range of topics in support of improving safety and efficiency, including:
- New features of marine management system, SeaPlanner™
- Executing effective communications systems
- Improving efficiency and reducing costs during O&M
The workshop will also include project case studies where the group will have the opportunity to look at real-life examples of previous project challenges and the tools and solutions implemented to overcome them.
Dominic Stratton from SeaRoc Group commented:
“We were delighted with feedback that we received about the first of our workshops back in November and we’re looking forward to taking what we learnt into the next event in March. The demonstration of our SeaPlanner™ system was the topic that the group found most valuable and so we will be digging into this further and also will present some brand new functionality not seen before.”
