Steve Pears is SeaRoc’s Managing Director. Steve has a strong background in renewable energy construction projects; formerly Commercial Director at Natural Power and was responsible for establishing their capabilities in Construction Management, Engineering, Geotechnical Site Investigations, Ecology and Hydrology Services and Biomass. He also has hands on experience with leading tenders, negotiating and contracting with clients on Wind Farm and Infrastructure contracts.
Head Of Operations
Nick is responsible for overseeing the delivery of SeaRoc Group’s projects, hardware operations and business development. Nick has worked in marine renewable energy and offshore wind for over 10 years, having worked for companies such as E.ON UK, Alderney Renewable Energy and OpenHydro, a leading tidal technology developer.
As Sales Manager, Graham heads up business development for the company. Graham is passionate about our products and is the ideal person to drive growth and leverage the opportunities of SeaPlanner, and expand our portfolio into new markets that benefit from what we do. Graham has an extensive sales background with a track record of working for providers of technology and software solutions and since 2009, has worked within the renewable energy sector.
Head Of Geomatics Engineering
Neil is responsible for the Geomatic Engineering part of the business. Geomatic engineering involves the design, development, and operation of systems for collecting and analysing spatial information about the land, the oceans, natural resources, and manmade features.
Client Relations Manager
With a passion for delivering great customer services and a willingness to go above and beyond her role as mentor and advisor, Debbie is keen to develop long lasting relationships with clients which is built on mutual respect. Debbie has over 25 years customer service experience within the software development industry, bringing valuable skills to her role as Client Relationship Manager.
Business Development Manager
Dominic has been with SeaRoc since SeaPlanner first began to be developed in 2006. Dominic supports the Head of Operations in leading the business development of the SeaRoc Group, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with new and existing clients.
SeaPlanner Technical Manager
As Technical Manager, Roy is responsible for management and development of software products and the interfaces to those products. He heads a passionate and productive development team, working with cutting-edge technology, to deliver innovative solutions.
