We develop and manage risk registers, ensure design risk assessments consider HSE risks throughout the life of the project and design decisions are recorded. We manage risk assessment processes and facilitate workshops including Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), Hazard Operability (HAZOP).
Ensuring the right processes are in place
We develop and implement HSE risk control processes detailed in Construction Phase Plans and Emergency Response Plans.
Ensuring the right people and plant are in place
We conduct competency assessments, equipment checks and suitability assessments of vessels.
We help monitor HSE performance on projects through inspections, audits and Client representatives.
We have a good working knowledge of the European Construction Sites Directive (92/57/EEC) (minimum health and safety requirements at temporary or mobile construction sites) and UK Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM) and are able to advise you on fulfilling your duties under the regulations.
